After one night of wild freedom, Lillian Michaels must decide between the secret of her werewolf pack, her family, her word and true love.

The world changed for Lillian Michaels the day Marcus chose her. Gorgeous, strong fierce…and soon he would be alpha of her werewolf pack. But then the marriage was set. No choice. No looking back. Except, she did. Lillian started looking forward, too, and wondering if eighteen was too young to give away her life.

Certainly, it is tonight. A rock concert. She and her friend, intoxicating music, sweat, bodies, freedom…and him: Paul. The human bassist’s touch makes her soul sing like the strings of his axe, and everything is possible. Yet, Lillian’s parents, her secrets, her entire world lies elsewhere. Paul doesn’t even see what she is, what she can do. What she must do. This to-die-for human is not of her kind. And yet, something special, something terrifyingly perfect, something eternally true has been…born of lies.

The last thing Allison Wright ever expected when she moved to Red Ridge, New Mexico was to come muzzle to muzzle with the wolf of her dreams.

Seventeen-year-old Allison Wright is convinced she’s losing her mind. Uncontrollable mood swings, hot flashes, and the urge to punch anyone who gets in her way are suddenly becoming everyday occurrences. Before her erratic behavior gets out of hand, Allison’s mother finally comes clean about her dark secret. Mom is a werewolf, and soon Allison and her brother Aiden will suffer the same fate. When Allison reaches her breaking point, the family leaves their life in Texas to move to Red Ridge, New Mexico where they rejoin the pack that Allison’s mother left behind almost 20 years ago.

Unfortunately, not everyone in Red Ridge is thrilled about Allison’s arrival, especially when she attracts the attention of the very handsome, very taken, soon-to-be alpha, Cade Walker. Little does Allison know, her mere presence is causing a rift in a once unified pack. Not only has Cade been forbidden from being with Allison by his father, the pack’s alpha, Cade’s girlfriend, Kendall Stuart, will stop at nothing to get Allison out of the picture. Well on her way to becoming the next alpha’s mate, Kendall expects to rule the pack by Cade’s side even if it means teaming up with a rogue werewolf with an agenda of his own. Determined to get rid of Allison permanently, when Kendall and the rogue join forces, all hell breaks loose and no one in the pack is safe, especially not Cade and his true mate.

In the midst of a struggle for control of his pack, eighteen-year-old werewolf enforcer-to-be Luke Stanton meets the one girl who will destroy everything…or complete him.

TANGLED

Eighteen-year-old Luke Stanton is focused, strong, and intimidating as hell. He has to be. As the future enforcer of Red Ridge, it will be his job to keep the other weres in line. So avoiding close friendships, pack drama, and especially pack females is in his best interest. He witnessed firsthand what love did to his father, so casual human hookups are enough.

Then she arrives: Scarlett Reed. She arouses something primal in him, something undeniable. But just as Luke gives himself permission to finally experience something real, the truth bursts free. The were beauty is harboring a secret so devastating it has the power to destroy him. At the same time, the pack is splintering over a battle for leadership, and Luke’s strength is needed more than ever. It is a time of upheaval, of the destructive power of lies. Everything he thought to protect is in danger: his family, his friends…and most of all, his heart.

Synopsis from Amazon:

With the return of the devious Kendall Stuart, the Red Ridge Pack must depend on Cami Moore to save them, and Cami Moore must decide if she can trust—and perhaps even love—the hunky Gavin Reed of Crescent Hills.

THE BEGINNING

OF THE END

The Red Ridge Pack is in danger, and not from “normals” finding out that werewolves live in their midst. This time it’s one of their own, the beautiful Kendall Stuart. Treachery, ambush, murder. An alliance with an opposing wolf pack. For a young woman set on vengeance, nothing is too much. This time she’s not going to fail.

But Kendall will be challenged. Arrayed against her and the Crescent Hills pack will be all those who survive the initial attack. Led by Cami Moore, as crafty as ever, the resistance will organize, infiltrate, strike where it hurts most. But first they must learn which hearts are true. Like Gavin Reed. Cami can’t figure out if the hunky, six-foot-four stranger wants more to kiss her or kill her, and where his loyalties lie. Something’s been building between them since the moment they met, and soon it will come an explosive conclusion.

  My Thoughts:

I read all five of these books. :-) I realized after reading about two pages of the novella, that I had read it before. It was a long time ago but I remembered that I had liked it.

Born of Lies, is a novella. It is not very long and the pace was fairly quick. Of all five books (four and the novella), this one had the least going on. It is the story that happened before the real stories happened. The main character, Lillian, ends up being the mother of two of the main characters in the series. This was her story.

Pack of Lies is the first full length book in the series. This was the story about Allison Wright, Lilly's daughter. and Cade Walker the Alpha to be.

I truly liked most of the characters except for Marcus, Cade's father, and Kendall a real bitch in human skin. :P

This book had drama, surprises, romance, some humor, action, danger, and most important of all ~ werewolves!

It had a good many pages and a story that flowed right along.

I only got angry or frustrated a few times and that was at Cade and Kendall or Marcus.

Circle of Lies was the second book in the Red Ridge Pack series. This book focuses on Aiden, Lilly's son and a human named Teagan.

There are many surprises revealed to Aiden and he is left feeling betrayed by those he trusted the most..

One day he meets his sister's friend and even though she is human and he knows that many will not approve, he can not stay away from her.

Teagan has issues with the "beautiful people". That is what she calls the group that Allie and Aiden hang out with. She met Allie before she had started to really be around them so she trusts her but Aiden is a tough sell.

There is more action, secrets, suspense, creepy characters, danger, romance, drama, humor and some potty mouth in this book.

Web of Lies is the third book and it really turns up the deception, danger, drama, lies, action, and suspense. There was still romance too. :-)

It was about Luke and Scarlett. I didn't care as much about these two characters for some reason that I can't explain.

The latest book is End of Lies. Oh My Gosh! It was such an adrenaline rush! I really had a hard time walking away from it as my angry husband would attest to.

I thought the previous book had a lot going on and it did. This one was super exciting too.

This book focused on Cami and Scarlett's brother Gavin.

There was obviously romance, but my focus was easily the drama, danger, deceit, action, and suspense.

All I can say is bravo! I hope there is more to come soon!

Well, actually I can say more. LOL!

First I need to point out that the characters are teens and that there is some heavy petting and kissing, but not much more happens in detail in these books. There is reference to when they may have slept together but it is not overly descriptive.

Each book could stand alone really well but I would recommend reading them in order.

I loved that though each book had a new leading couple, the characters from the previous books were still very much a part of their story. :-)

They were each well paced and  they easily had me entrenched in the story, unwilling to put it down.

If you like werewolves and don't mind missing the erotic side of romance, then you should read these!

I received ecopies of these books in exchange for my honest opinion. I am howling inside with want of more! I thought they were great. Each one seemed to get more and more exciting.

    3. That would be fantastic but I doubt it would happen. Other than the novella, these books have a good number of pages each. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the books to be released in print..
